Aether’s Christmas-themed Mulled Wine Imperial Stout delivers big, bold flavours in an undaunting beer. Jet black with a frothy brown head, thick dark chocolate aromas dominate the nose with undertones of orange, clove and star anise. Dark malts integrate seamlessly with the Shiraz characters and hints of spice to create a beautiful combination of dark chocolate, rich berries and warmth all closing out with a balanced combination of dark chocolate and oak, leaving a sweet, satisfying smoothness.
10% ABV, 35 IBU – 500ml
