Kasey Rainbow

‘Her best selling ‘Electric Leopard’ design is basically Kasey personified as a print. It incorporates her love of leopard print with her life and business ethos of ‘live bright’. Kasey’s art is a form of therapy, a way to break through the darkness. Creating ‘Electric Leopard’ helped her do this, and now it is also able to achieve that same feeling for others.’

First thing’s first, Rainbow is her real name, and as it suggests, she’s a lady of many colours. Kasey has always been a creative at heart, but after the birth of her only daughter in 2015, she rediscovered her passion for art. It helped Kasey escape a dark place by creating incredibly bright and joyful pieces.

After purchasing an iPad, she took her passion to the land of digital art and design. After months of experimenting she dove headfirst into the wonderful world of textile design and the rest, as they say is history. Still a relatively new name in the space and completely self-taught, Kasey has worked with some of the country’s most amazing brands, big and small. And when she’s not designing, she’s eating tacos and raising a margarita to a colourful life.
