Nestled in Brisbane's Northside, near Brisbane Airport, our taproom is where delicious craft beer meets good energy and mouthwatering smash burgers from the legends at Mitey's Burgers.
Just a two minute walk from Northgate Station, you'll have no problem sampling all the beers, and a burger, before heading home sideways on the railway.

After a busy week of brewing, we open our taproom doors every weekend, inviting you to come with your mates, your family or even solo if you’re keen to make some new, like-minded friends.
A truly laidback environment, we want you to feel right at home. No dress code. No stuffy service. Just a bunch of beer-lovers enjoying the flavours and stories of Aether.
There's sixteen draught options – core, limited & seasonal beers – as well as gluten-free options like our ginger beer, and seltzer range. We have an awesome little range of artisan spirits, wines & snacks from local producers. Feel free to bring your dog, and your smile. WHAT'S ON TAP

At the heart of Mitey’s is two proud Brisbane mates who live and breathe burgers—literally. After years of devouring burgers across Brisbane (and beyond), they decided to hang up their blue-collar uniforms and create their own slice of burger heaven. Enter Mitey’s Burgers, now proudly serving up delicious smash burgers every weekend at Aether Brewing’s Taproom.
