Below are the terms related to returns, refunds, and order cancellations.
Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- The incorrect item was delivered.
We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and work to make it right.
Cancellations and Changes
If we accept your order, we reserve the right to cancel or amend it at any time before delivery, even if payment has been received or a tax invoice issued. Reasons for cancellation may include:
- Items in your order are unavailable.
- Errors in product descriptions or pricing.
- Orders breaching our terms, rights, or applicable laws.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via the contact information provided at checkout. Any payments made will be refunded.
While you may not automatically have the right to cancel or change an order after it has been placed, we may consider such requests at our sole discretion. Requests will be subject to:
- Providing proof of purchase.
- The ordered items being in their original condition and packaging.
- Payment of reasonable costs incurred for processing the change or cancellation.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@aetherbrewing.com.au.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
