Bone marrow. Yeah, you read that right. This bold, luscious red ale is brewed with real double-smoked bone marrow and beef bones – for real. Inspired over a dinner of offal, it’s a rich, velvety take on a classic Irish Red with deep caramel malts, subtle fruit sweetness, and a savoury, smoky finish that lingers.
