Teacher-turned-designer Krystal Knafl launched Miss Apple Designs during lockdown and never looked back. She works across digital illustration and wearable art, chasing colour, pattern, and a sense of fun you can literally put on. Brand collabs followed – fabrics, merch, prints – each carrying her love of playful composition.

For Aether’s 2024 GABS Pilsner, Krystal delivered a label with snap and brightness – crisp shapes, clean rhythm, and a wink of festival energy. It’s a pilsner in visual form: refreshing, modern, and made to be shared. The art does what great design should – makes you reach for the can.
