Terms and conditions

Promoter. This competition is run by Aether Brewing Pty Ltd (ABN 36 6000 649 26), trading as Aether Brewing, of 340 Melton Rd, Northgate, Queensland, 4013, Australia.

Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who attended TEDxBrisbane 2026. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

How to enter. Enter by completing the entry form at aetherbrewing.com.au/pages/tedxbrisbane with a valid first name, email address, and company name. One entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by automated means will not be accepted.

Competition period. Entries open Friday 24 April 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 26 April 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

Prize draw. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Monday 27 April 2026 at Aether Brewing, Northgate, Queensland.

Prize. The winner may choose one or both of the following:
a. A $250 taproom voucher, redeemable at the Aether Brewing taproom in Northgate, Queensland, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and not valid with other promotions.
b. A $1,000 credit toward a custom-branded beer produced by Aether Brewing. The credit is applied to the total cost of the order, which will vary based on the beer style, artwork, and delivery requirements. Cartons are priced between $60 and $80 ex GST, with 16 cans per carton. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and subject to Aether Brewing's standard production lead times and terms.

Total prize value. Maximum total prize value is $1,250 AUD including GST where applicable.

Notification. The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

Use of information. Personal information collected through this competition is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Aether Brewing's privacy policy, available at aetherbrewing.com.au. Entrants who opt in to marketing communications will receive occasional emails from Aether Brewing and can unsubscribe at any time.

General. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Governing law. This competition is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
