Last year, we took your taste buds on a trip to New Zealand with our ‘Hazy NZ IPA’ – this year, our hazy adventure takes us on safari to explore the wild flavours of South Africa. Our South African NEIPA (5.8%) is a hazy East-Coast style IPA, featuring only South African-grown hops – delivering a bold, juicy twist you won’t find in your everyday Aussie hazy.

Pouring a deep golden haze with a bright white head, this beauty has a slight orange tint, with excellent lacing and a pillowy foam top. Super-juicy hits of peach, passionfruit, and stone fruit lead the way, while Southern Passion and African Queen hops bring in bold layers of blackcurrant, melon, guava, lemongrass, and a hint of birdseye chilli – just flavour, no heat. The sorghum base adds a little touch of nuttiness at the finish – the chefs kiss that ties it all together. Low bitterness, smooth mouthfeel, and a clean finish make this as complex as it is easy to drink. Full-flavoured, yet dangerously drinkable – just how we like it.
