SOS 2023 Pet Nat Sour…What happens when you blend up a Pétillant Naturel wine with a sour Pale Ale and top it off with the mood of a perfect desert evening? You get a symphony of aromas and flavours, bursting with notes of ripe peach, crisp green apple & green capsicum, all jazzed up with a zesty kick of passionfruit. Balanced out by an earthy mango spice & herbaceous hop profile, this sunset-orange brew is a masterful dance between dryness and a soft acidity that leads to a pleasantly balanced finish that’s as soft as the twilight’s last glow.
