Inspired by the warhead candies we all love, we amped up the acidity with this one – it’s got a strong, upfront punch that rolls through your mouth and keeps your attention on the freshly-harvested Italian cherries.
Once the acidity dissipates, sweetness from the caramel malts balance everything out, alongside the hint of vanilla added at the end of ferment.
