To close out Summer, we’re celebrating with the most crisp, refreshing, and intricate beer we could craft – a champagne inspired Sparkling Sour! A classic Berliner-style Weisse beer brewed with only the very best malt we could get our hands on, soured in tank and finished off with two different yeast strains. The result; a super dry sour Berliner with subtle bready malt characters; delightfully complex yeast derived characters of rose petal lemon, honey, apple pie and Turkish delight; finished out with a crisp, clean lactic sourness. Wildly crushable and intricate.
