Our 167th recipe released to date, and the first limited to hit the market following the brand evolution, our Blueberry NEIPA is a true representation of the new tagline – The Art of Craft.

Dosed with a fragrant blend of Australian and American hops for a juicy, jammy aroma; with notes of grapefruit, guava and hints of lime, mango and mint. The addition of real blueberries, deviates #167 from a traditional NEIPA, giving an autumn vibe to this otherwise tropical beer. True to style, our Blueberry NEIPA pours classically bright and hazy, but with a twist – holding this beauty up to the light reveals a glimmer of blueberry blue.

The real blueberries give this fruit-packed, medium-bodied NEIPA, a dash of acidity and soft bitterness. An oaty, granola flavour balances the sweetness and creates a fuller, rounder, and softer experience reminiscent of a crumbly blueberry pie. In true Aether fashion, we’ve taken a classic style and added our own creative twist. Enjoy!
