Blueberry NEIPA – Our 167th recipe to date and the first limited to hit the market following our brand evolution, this beer is a true representation of The Art of Craft.
Dosed with a fragrant blend of Australian and American hops for a juicy, jammy aroma with notes of grapefruit, guava and hints of lime, mango and mint, the addition of real blueberries gives this NEIPA an autumn vibe to its otherwise tropical profile. Bright, hazy and holding a glimmer of blueberry blue when raised to the light, it’s as striking as it is aromatic.
Medium-bodied with blueberry acidity, soft bitterness, and an oaty, granola-like balance, it delivers a rounded, pie-like character. In true Aether fashion, we’ve taken a classic style and added our own creative twist.
