Our Kölsch is a clean, crisp Brisbane take on the German classic. In the glass it glows bright straw-gold with crystal clarity, crowned by a fine white head. Soft bready malt meets subtle citrus and a touch of fresh red apple, while Styrian Wolf hops and a delicate floral yeast character weave in light fruit and floral notes.
