Mexican Lager

Crisp, refreshing, and still the boss of drinkability – our Mexican Lager is built for Brisbane heat. Brewed with malt, corn, and real agave, it pours straw-gold with brilliant clarity and a tight white head. On the nose, you’ll catch subtle fruit, a touch of earthiness, and a squeeze of lime from Taiheke hops.

Light-bodied but full of character, it leads with smooth malt and a whisper of corn sweetness, before finishing snappy, dry, and citrus-bright. Where some lagers fade, this one lingers just enough – spritzy carbonation keeps it crisp, while agave adds a subtle depth that sets it apart. Easy-drinking but not one-dimensional, it’s lager with a little extra soul – the soul of El Jefe, The Boss.

Art & Artist

'Ictek' by Facter
An intricate black and white line art piece titled 'Ichtek' by Facter, inspired by ancient Mayan art and traditional Mexican artistic styles. The composition includes flowing organic shapes, surreal creatures, and symbolic motifs, reminiscent of Aztec and Mayan iconography. The detailed and geometric designs evoke a sense of ancient mythology and storytelling deeply rooted in Mesoamerican culture.
Artist Facter crouching in front of a vibrant mural featuring a stylised dragon with bold colours like turquoise, red, yellow, and white. The artwork, painted on a brick wall, showcases Facter's signature street art style with sharp, jagged lines and energetic patterns. The artist is wearing a black cap and T-shirt, smiling confidently at the camera.
