West Coast IPA
Our West Coast IPA is big, bold, and unashamedly hoppy – a throwback to the IPAs that started it all. Resinous pine and grapefruit zest lead the charge, wrapped around a lean malt base that gives just enough backbone without softening the bite. Pours bright golden with a sturdy white head, carrying aromas of citrus peel, pine needles, and subtle tropical lift. The finish is dry and bitter, with a touch of silk – built for hop lovers who like their beer crisp, clear, and uncompromising.
We’ve layered American hops for maximum punch, balancing citrus brightness with resinous depth. It’s both a nod to classic West Coast brewing and our Brisbane interpretation of a global favourite – confident, clean, and endlessly drinkable.
