BNEIPA – Hazy IPA (Brisbane Brewing Collective collab)
In 2018, ten Brisbane breweries teamed up at Archer Brewing to flip the script on the NEIPA craze. The result? A beer with all the juicy hop character you'd expect – minus the murk.
Dry-hopped over ten days (one for each brewer), it's loaded with Astra, Galaxy, Topaz and Vic Secret, bringing waves of peach, pineapple, lychee and passionfruit. A soft body from wheat and oats rounds it out, while a coarse filter keeps things crisp and bright.
Clean pour. Big hops. Brisbane energy.
