Tipping the scales at 8.8%, this beer is one of our favourites from the back catalogue. Originally brewed to celebrate our first brew through our new Northgate facility, we brought it back again to celebrate the birth of our Head Brewer’s first child.
This beer is not for the faint-hearted; it’s as intense and complex as you’d expect from a Sour Boysenberry Double IPA. Tart, acidic boysenberry leads, backed by generous triple-hopping that creates layers of fruit, bitterness and bold hop character.
