Viktor Imperial Red Ale (12% ABV) is a rich and decadent ruby-red ale with a heavy malt backbone fading into assertive bitterness and a warming finish. Brewed with Golden Promise malt and hopped with Admiral, Fuggle, and Mosaic, it opens with bright citrus aromas of lemon, grapefruit, and tangerine over caramel, brown sugar, and toffee. Flavours of raisin, dark cherry, and a light roast balance piney, resinous hops. Medium-full bodied with a creamy mouthfeel, Viktor is bold yet balanced – perfect with roasted meats, rich pasta, or spicy curries.
