Dryad is a bold sour that blurs the line between beer and wine, spontaneously soured with 1000L of freshly pressed pét-nat Riesling juice from Victoria’s Latta Vino. Pouring a hazy copper, it bursts with classic Riesling notes of lemon, lime and pineapple with a touch of farmhouse funk.
Lactic acidity delivers a sharp, clean sourness before fading into soft citrus complexity.
