Our creative twist on a classic British fruit cup cocktail (~Pimms No. 1 Cup), where the traditional drink meets the wild world of craft brewing. We aimed to combine a sour ginger beer base with a selection of herbs and spices, along with fresh cucumber, zesty orange, sweet strawberry and hints of champagne. The result was instantly refreshing and simply like nothing you’ve had before.
ABV: 5.5%
IBU: 15
Malt: Pale, Wheat & Rye Malt
Hops: Warrior
Adjuncts: Fresh Queensland ginger, Tasmanian strawberries, orange zest, cucumber, herbs & spices

Kelsie is an abstract artist from Orange NSW, as well as a Speech Pathologist, wifey and mumma to three young kiddos.
Her artworks are easily identified by her love of texture and vibrant, joyful colours. Typically painting florals or landscapes, Kelsie stepped outside of the box to create a piece that felt like warm summer days walking through the fruit markets with a sweet, fruity aroma in the air.
